Before purchasing a property, you should always have it inspected by an Expert. It may even be a requirement of Home Insurance providers or Mortgage lenders that a Structural Report is obtained as part of the purchasing process.

After completing the inspection, the Structural Engineer compiles a detailed report outlining their findings, including any issues discovered and recommendations for repairs or improvements.
